PressCV provides immediate access to digital generation services and downloadable PDFs. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate computational costs incurred by our AI providers, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
We may offer refunds at our sole discretion if: (a) A technical error on our end prevented you from downloading your document during your active pass period, or (b) You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
